Your first consultation is complimentary. Your first visit will be pleasant, informative, and will include a comfortable detailed evaluation. Please plan to spend about 60 minutes with us. 

You may look forward to being seen promptly during your reserved time with Dr. Curtis, as a result of our On-Time Scheduling System.

You will appreciate having the opportunity to discuss important treatment details at your consultation. Should Dr. Curtis recommend a special orthodontic x-ray or a scan of your teeth in order to estimate treatment time and cost, these records may be taken during your visit. These records are complimentary for use in our office.  

We are committed to making it convenient for you to begin treatment and we look forward to presenting flexible payment options in order to serve your individual financial needs. Please let us know how we may best assist you.

Please bring orthodontic insurance information if you would like us to assist you with billing. If for any reason you are unable to keep your priority appointment time, please call our office to reschedule. We are looking forward to meeting you!
